Yeast extract-malt extract agar
Composition per liter:
Agar | 20.0 g |
Yeast extract (BD-Difco) | 4.0 g |
Malt extract (BD-Difco) | 10.0 g |
Glucose | 4.0 g |
pH 7.3±0.1
Preparation of Medium: Add components to distilled/deionized water and bring volume to 1.0 L. Mix thoroughly. Gently heat and bring to boiling. Distribute into tubes or flasks. Autoclave for 15 min at 121oC.
