Taxonomy/description: 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis (GenBank accession number MG645191); whole genome was sequenced and deposited at DDBJ/EMBL/GenBank under accession numbers JASIRQ010000001 to JASIRQ010000143. Properties: uses propane, n-hexadecane and crude oil as a sole carbon source; resistant to Pb2+ (20.0 mM), Ni2+, Zn2+ (5.0 mM). (Medium 2 or 8, 28oC).
