<- 2009, T.N. Kamenskikh, IEGM, N2-41. Isolated from: Taraxacum officinale rhizosphere, soil, highway, Novosibirsk, Novosibirsk region, Russia. Taxonomy/description: shows positive result with Rhodococcus erythropolis primers in species-specific PCR. Properties: uses liquid n-alkanes (C11-C16) as a sole carbon sources; resistant to Cr6+ (10.0 mM), Cu2+, Mo6+, Pb2+ (5.0 mM). (Medium 2 or 8, 28oC).
