<- 2009, T.N. Kamenskikh, IEGM, R7-4. Isolated from: Achillea rhizosphere, soil, former landfill area, Perm, Perm region, Russia. Taxonomy/description: 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis (GenBank accession number MG637004). Properties: uses liquid n-alkanes (C11-C16), butanol, and xylole as a sole carbon source; resistant to Mo6+ (20.0 mM), Cu2+, Ni2+ (5.0 mM). (Medium 2, 8 or 15, 28oC).
