<- 2010, T.N. Kamenskikh, IEGM, R108-3. Isolated from: Artemisia vulgaris rhizosphere, soil, petrol station, Perm, Russia. Taxonomy/description: 16S rRNA gene sequence analysis. Properties: uses n-hexadecane, butanol, and xylole as a sole carbon source; resistant to Ni2+, Pb2+ (5.0 mM). (Medium 2, 8 or 15, 28oC).
