<- 1989, L.V. Zvereva, 190-1. Isolated from: sand rock from the depth 6.0 m, Belarus. Taxonomy/description: shows positive result with Rhodococcus ruber primers in species-specific PCR (245); (97). Properties: uses propane and n-butane as a sole carbon source; resistant to Mo6+, Pb2+ (5.0 mM). (Medium 2 or 5, 28oC).
