<- 1994, L.V. Zvereva, GO62-2. Isolated from: oil field, Perm region, Russia. Properties: uses propane and n-butane, liquid n-alkanes (C5-C7, C11-C16) and aliphatic alcohols (ethanol, n-propanol, n-butanol) as a sole carbon source; resistant to Mo6+ (10.0 mM). (Medium 5, 8 or 15, 28oC).
