<- 1988, M.V. Berdichevskaya, 107C. Isolated from: bottom sediments, Tyumen region, Russia. Taxonomy/description: (95, 97). Properties: utilizes hydrocarbons; resistant to Cr6+(5.0 mM), VO2+ (12.5 mM), VO43- (100.0 mM), VO3- (>250.0 mM), accumulates molybdenum (286). (Medium 2 or 6, 28oC).
