<- 1979, M.V. Berdichevskaya, 19-r. Isolated from: stratal water, oilfield, Perm region, Russia. Taxonomy/description: (2, 49, 92, 97). Properties: utilizes hydrocarbons; resistant to Cr6+ (40.0 mM), Cd2+, Pb2+ (10.0 mM), Ni2+ (5.0 mM). (Medium 2 or 6, 28oC).
