<- 1979, M.V. Berdichevskaya, 23C-5. Isolated from: stratal water, oilfield, Perm region, Russia. Taxonomy/description: (2, 92, 97). Properties: utilizes hydrocarbons; resistant to Cr6+ (20.0 mM), Pb2+, Zn2+ (10.0 mM), Cd2+, Ni2+ (5.0 mM). (Medium 2 or 6, 28oC).
