Isolated from: oil-polluted soil, oil-gas field, Poltava region, Ukraine. Properties: uses n-hexadecane and crude oil as a sole carbon source; resistant to Pb2+ (10.0 mM), Cu2+ (5.0 mM). (Medium 2, 6 or 8, 28°C).
