Properties: uses propane and n-butane, liquid n-alkanes (C5-C7, C11-C16) and aliphatic alcohols (ethanol, n-propanol, n-butanol) as a sole carbon source (95); resistant to Pb2+ (5.0 mM). (Medium 2 or 5, 28oC).
