Properties: uses normal hydrocarbons, aliphatic alcohols (ethanol, propan-1-ol) and aromatic hydrocarbons (oxybenzene) as a sole carbon source; resistant to Mo6+ (20.0 mM), Cd2+, Cr6+, Zn2+ (10.0 mM), Cu2+, Ni2+, Pb2+ (5.0 mM). (Medium 2, 6, 8, 15 or 16, 28oC).
